We’ve stayed at many lovely holiday houses but none more lovely or better equipped than The Monarch. While the kitchen/living area is the defining feature of the house, the bathroom and ensuite are lovely and the bedrooms very comfortable. Wendy’s attention to detail is exceptional, even supplying hooded towels for the two toddlers we had with us. Thank you again Wendy.

PERFECT

This property does not disappoint, excellent location, stunning interior and immaculately clean. Footsteps to the Main Street with Cafes and country pubs. We were a small group of adults and this layout was ideal, we were so impressed that we booked for another stay even before we left. Would highly recommend.

LOVELY HOUSE

We had a great time, the location was very close to town and opposite a very nice park. The house was lovely and very well equipped, they even had some toys for our little ones to play with. Would definitely stay here again.

THE PERFECT PLACE

We had a wonderful stay at the Monarch. My sisters and I stayed for three nights in this beautiful home. We had everything we needed. It was warm and comfortable. WEDDING STAY

We hired the Monarch for our wedding. The bridesmaids and bride used the location for getting ready and post celebrations. Wendy the host was so wonderful and even put on white doona covers just for our wedding photos! We had a beautiful welcome grazing box and a hand written note for congratulations. The space is simply wonderful and would 100% recommend to any one looking for a gorgeous place to stay in Tumut. Close to the river and the Main Street. Loved every minute.

TUMUT PERFECTION

Although there are lots of accommodation options in Tumut, the Monarch is a winner for us for many reasons. The house itself is exquisite, equipped with just about everything that guests would want. It’s elegant and comfortable, with enough space for kids, teens and adults. And on a dollar for dollar basis - it’s comparable with booking individual hotel/motel rooms in town, and a lot more spacious, comfortable and private. Do yourself a favour next time you’re visiting Tumut and book the Monarch.
