Cancellation Policy

We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan. In the event that you need to cancel, we will refund you in full if you cancel with more than 14 days notice. In the event that you need to cancel less than 14 days from your booking, we will refund you less 50%. We aim to be fair and ask you to discuss your situation with us to communicate a fair arrangement.

House Rules

• Check-in: After 3:00 pm | Checkout: 10:00 am

• Self-check-in with keypad

• No smoking

• No pets

• Noise curfew 10pm

• You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

• Max guests: 6

• No parties or events although we are happy to let you host a small event (eg, a small celebration or catching up with family) at the Monarch as long as the type of event is communicated to us. The Monarch is suitable for High Teas, dinner parties, and other small gatherings. We do respect our neighbours and we ask that any noise is kept to minimum after 10pm.
