Day 2 – Waterfalls, Nature & Country Charm

Morning: Chasing Waterfalls

After breakfast, pack your camera and spend the morning exploring some of the Snowy Valleys’ most stunning waterfalls:

Adelong Falls Gold Mill Ruins – A short drive from Tumut, this easy walk winds through gold-rush history beside a beautiful river.

Blowering Cliffs Waterfall – Tucked away above Blowering Dam, this dramatic waterfall offers incredible views of the lake and surrounding cliffs.

Landers Falls (for the adventurous) – A scenic drive through Kosciuszko National Park leads to this spectacular lookout and waterfall.

Afternoon: Picnic by Blowering Dam

Head to Blowering Dam for lunch with a view. There are plenty of grassy spots to spread a picnic blanket, dip your toes in the water or go for a swim on warm days.

If you’ve packed the rods and the kayak, Blowering Dam is the perfect location to wet a line or explore by paddle.
